We are looking for caregivers, care aides, and nurses to work in elderly care homes across Germany. With a significant shortage of nearly 200,000 workers in this field, your skills are in high demand. We offer a competitive salary of €3,000 per month.
To work permanently in Germany in a caregiving profession, you need a state-issued license:
- Nurses: You must have a recognized nursing degree and at least six months of work experience.
- Caregivers: You can also work as a caregiver if you have completed at least 2,300 hours of training in caregiving.
Language Requirements: To work as a nurse or caregiver in Germany, you will need a B1 language certificate in German. You can begin your German language course in the Philippines up to the A2 level. After reaching A2, you can travel to Germany, start working as an assistant nurse or caregiver, complete your language course up to the B1 level, and then, after passing the B1 language test, work as a fully qualified nurse or caregiver.
Personal Suitability/Reliability: To demonstrate your trustworthiness, you will need to provide proof of a clean criminal record. Depending on your situation, this may require a criminal record certificate from your home country.
